Terms of Service

AgentLink provides an AI-powered recruiting workflow. When a campaign is submitted, the Service parses your job description, generates a scoring rubric, publishes a hosted apply page, scores incoming resumes, conducts AI voice screening calls with shortlisted candidates, evaluates transcripts via a QA agent, and books qualified candidates on your interview calendar.

The Service is provided to employers and recruiting teams ("Recruiters") to support their hiring process. Candidates interact with the platform through Recruiter-initiated campaigns and are not account holders.

Campaigns are gated behind an estimate review. Before any candidate is contacted, you will receive a forecast showing predicted applicant volume, expected call count, estimated campaign duration, and projected total cost. You must explicitly approve this estimate and have enough wallet balance before the campaign goes live.

AgentLink will not launch a campaign, contact any candidates, or incur billable activity until you have reviewed and approved the estimate.

The default pricing model is $39 per booked interview. A "booked interview" is defined as a confirmed calendar slot where a candidate has: (1) passed resume scoring, (2) completed an AI voice screen, (3) been approved by the QA agent, and (4) selected and confirmed a real interview slot via the booking link.

You are charged only when all four conditions are met. Candidates who do not advance through the pipeline are not billed. Resume scoring, voice screening, transcript QA, and pipeline dashboard access are included in the per-booked-interview fee.

Billing is processed through Dodo Payments. By adding a funded wallet, you authorize AgentLink to charge your wallet for booked interviews as they occur. You will receive an itemized invoice per billing event.

For senior, specialist, or high-volume roles, custom per-interview pricing may be agreed before campaign launch. Custom rates are locked in writing before any candidate is contacted. The same approval-gate process applies.

A campaign target (maximum number of booked interviews) is set at launch. AgentLink will auto-pause booking — and stop billing — once the target is reached.

Campaigns may be paused or cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Pausing a campaign stops new screening activity. Billing charges already incurred for confirmed booked interviews are non-refundable.

A charge is triggered the moment a qualified candidate confirms an interview slot. What happens after that point — whether the candidate attends, cancels, reschedules, or no-shows — is outside AgentLink's control and does not affect the charge. AgentLink's obligation is to deliver a qualified, booked interview slot, which is fulfilled at the point of booking confirmation.

AgentLink provides a rescheduling option for booked interviews. Use of that option is at the recruiter's discretion and does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your job descriptions and campaign content comply with applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity and non-discrimination requirements.
• You have the legal right to contact the candidates who apply to your campaigns, including compliance with any applicable outreach or communications regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CCPA).
• Candidates applying to your roles are informed that their application may be processed by AI systems, including AI voice screening calls, as part of the hiring workflow.
• You do not use the Service to conduct mass unsolicited outreach, to deceive applicants, or for any purpose unrelated to legitimate hiring.

As a Recruiter, you are the data controller for candidate personal data submitted through your campaigns. AgentLink acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing candidate data and for notifying candidates as required by applicable law.

AI voice screening calls are recorded and transcribed. You confirm that candidates are or will be notified of recording at or before the start of each call. AgentLink presents a verbal disclosure to candidates at the start of every call; you must not configure campaigns in a way that bypasses this disclosure.

AI-generated scores, QA verdicts, and screening recommendations are outputs of automated systems. They are provided to inform your judgment, not to replace it. You retain full responsibility for all final hiring decisions.

You may not use the Service to:

• Post fictitious, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Collect candidate data for purposes other than the stated hiring campaign.
• Conduct unauthorized competitive research or scraping of the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit the AI models or infrastructure.
• Discriminate against candidates on any basis prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the platform on behalf of a third party without their written authorization.

AgentLink retains ownership of the platform, its AI systems, agents, scoring models, and all related technology. You retain ownership of the content you submit (job descriptions, company information). Candidate-submitted data (resumes, applications) remains the property of the respective candidates.

By submitting job descriptions and hiring content, you grant AgentLink a limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of executing the campaign workflow on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is." AgentLink makes no guarantee that any campaign will produce a specific number of booked interviews, that all qualified candidates will be identified, or that AI-generated scores and recommendations will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgentLink's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. AgentLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed hires.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.
